Welcome, Friends and Members of the El Dorado Supper Club, to a new era of collaboration and gratitude. We are proud to announce the Harvest Dinner Date menu to be presented on Saturday, November 17th at Rimrock Ranch in beautiful Pioneertown,Ca. at 7pm.
Our menu is designed to showcase ancient seasonal ingredients used for centuries by Native Americans, offered to you in modern dishes celebrating the Harvest.
Menu:
Start your evening with our favorite bubbly autumn cocktail, the Totem.
Our Sweet Potato & Sage Butter Stack will bring you a trio of fall flavors to begin your meal.
Following is our Gathered Greens Salad, composed of native plants, and topped with toasty pinon nuts and a prickly pear vinaigrette.
Roast Bison with Wild Rice and Green Beans is our main course, with a vegetarian option replacing the Bison with a hearty Stuffed Winter Squash.
End your night enjoying our Sweet Corncake with Maple-Blueberry Syrup.
This dinner will take place at Rimrock Ranch, 50857 Burns Canyon Road, Pioneertown, Ca 92268, on Saturday, November 17th, and reservations are required. Each dinner reservation costs $40 and includes one complimentary cocktail. Cash payment will be accepted in person, exact change appreciated. Paired wine by the glass and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
We are holding only one seating for this dinner at 7pm, and seats are limited.
