Dearest Friends and Members of the El Dorado Supper Club,
Please join us for Tanti Baci our Italian Feast. We are pleased to announce our dinner menu to be served at the Joshua Tree Inn on Saturday the 16th of February. This time, our focus is on classic Italian dishes and features many seasonal ingredients to tantalize your palate and rouse your passions:
Sip into something more comfortable with our cocktail Il Numero Nove, a sunshiny, citrusy love potion guaranteed to brighten those winter blues and lighten the mood.
Nourish your soul with a bowl of steamy, heartwarming Zuppa di Scarola e Cannellini, a rustic soup of creamy white beans and tender escarole leaves in a savory broth, served with garlic crostini.
Continue your meal with our cool, crisp Insalata di Finocchio e Arancie. This sublime salad pairs roasted fennel with sweet farm market oranges, served over arugula and radicchio and topped with salty pistachios.
Our main course features the classic Saltimbocca alla Romana, thin cutlets of chicken breast blanketed with prosciutto and mozzarella, or our vegetarian option of Melanzane al Forno, an eggplant cutlet topped with roasted peppers and mozzarella.
Both entrées will be served with Fettucine all'Uovo, delicate, homemade egg noodles lightly dressed with chopped tomato and garlic, and Carote Arrosto, tender, herb-roasted whole carrots.
End your night enjoying our traditional Pasta Croce, a decadent ricotta pastry. The tender shortbread holds a light, orange-scented custard within its crust.
