Dear Friends and Members of the El Dorado Supper Club,
You are invited to a lovely springtime feast on Saturday April 20th to join us in welcoming fresh, light, seasonal ingredients back to our tables. We will be presenting our Spring Fling at the legendary artists' residence BoxoHouse in Joshua Tree, and we would love to share your company there.
Begin an unforgettable evening sipping on our complimentary cocktail the April Smash and nibbling on your first course, a flaky puff pastry spread with herbed goat cheese and topped with carmelized spring onions.
Our salad showcases seasonal ingredients: a nest of raw, shaved kale, asparagus and snap peas dressed in a lavender-lemongrass vinaigrette and adorned with a rich fried egg.
The main course features slices of sweet dandelion-stuffed leg of lamb, served alongside lemon-thyme Israeli couscous and butter-braised radishes.
For those who prefer a vegetarian option, we offer a homemade mushroom-ricotta ravioli pasta in thyme butter, with sweet greens and radishes.
For dessert, we indulge our sweet tooth with light, homemade strawberry sherbet accented with a salty basil cookie.
Come celebrate the freshness of flavors with us at this unique location, and share a lively, memorable meal with like-minded food lovers at our communal supper club. Seating is limited so please reserve early for our prix-fixe multi-course menu with complimentary cocktail, optional wine pairings and non-alcoholic beverages.
